Oliver is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years’ experience in land and planning having worked for national housebuilders, in planning consultancy and for Local Authorities.  He has worked throughout South Wales and the South West in various land/strategic land and planning roles and headed up the land department of a major house builder in the South West.

OBK was established in 2009 and services a range of clients from private individuals to land promoters and  PLC/SME housebuilders.
